Tenancy Management

Our Tenancy Management (TM) service is supported by professional engineers and English-speaking staff 24/7. Through our online Settle-in-China™ program, assignees may report problems and upload photos to let our consultants better understand the problem. Additionally an emergency contact number will be provided to corporate HR and assignee upon check-in to the selected property.
  • Maxview will handle assignee’s maintenance requirements and repair problems and take appropriate actions as necessary.
  • Assessment of contractual obligations, serving requisite notice to landlord in appropriate cases.
  • Immediately inspect properties for emergency repair work upon request from assignee and/or corporate HR, to ascertain whether corporate HR or assignee’s liability to pay for repair, renovation or maintenance work under relevant tenancy agreement.
  • When necessary, obtain at least three quotes for renovation and general maintenance work for approval of corporate HR (if costs to be paid by corporate HR or it's assignees).
  • Supervise and follow up to ensure all work completed, and inspection of the property where necessary.
  • Handle all complaints from assignee and take steps to resolve problems appropriately.
